Position: DEPUTY NURSING HOME MANAGER / CLINICAL LEAD
Location: WELLINGBOROUGH, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
Salary: £43K-£45K PER ANNUM – NEGOTIABLE DOE
Hours: FULL TIME – SUPERNUMERARY & NURSING
Coben Healthcare are proud to be exclusively representing a wonderful, family run, small group of Nursing Homes in Northamptonshire, who provide individually tailored care in Elderly & Dementia settings, in their search for a talented Deputy Nursing Home Manager.
As part Supernumerary Clinical Deputy Manager, reporting to the Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff and delivering the highest standards of care in a small Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home.

Job Requirements:
* Overseeing Nursing Care within the Service
* Ability to assess & evaluate service user needs
* Administering medication
* Complete clinical assessments
* Updating care plans
* Appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to
Skills / Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC PIN registration – RGN / RMN / RNLD
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a Nursing Home setting
* Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
* Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
