Days Available: Monday-Friday
Hours: 09:00-18:00 (or similar)
Rate: £12.00 per hour (paid limited or as sole trader, so you get the whole amount!)

The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Healthcare Assistant for our Community ENT and Minor Surgery Clinics in Leicestershire. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting medical staff during consultations, examinations, and minor surgical procedures.
Preparing and maintaining clinical environments, ensuring sterilisation and readiness of instruments.
Supporting patient positioning and draping during procedures.
Accurate labelling of specimen bottles.
Assisting with patient preparation, including explaining processes and obtaining consent.
Providing post-procedural care and instructions to patients and families.
Performing routine equipment checks and reporting any issues.
Working collaboratively with the healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.The Candidate
Ideal candidates should be compassionate with a patient-centered approach to care and uphold high professionalism and ethical standards. You will need:

An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in ENT or minor surgery.
Current mandatory training, including Basic Life Support (BLS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with electronic patient record systems and certifications in ENT or minor surgery assistance is preferred but not required.Join Us Today!
