Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
*
Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical management of the home
*
Lead and support the nursing and care teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care
*
Support with clinical audits, assessments and reviews
*
Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the clinical team
*
Support the Home Manager with CQC compliance and inspections
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
*
Active NMC registration as an RGN/RMN
*
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home
*
Previous leadership or management experience within a care setting
