Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £47,840 - £57,408 per annum
Hours: 40-48 hours per week
Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) on behalf of a well-established nursing home in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy Home Manager or experienced Senior Nurse looking to join a supportive provider committed to delivering outstanding care.
Clinical Deputy Manager Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
* Provide clinical leadership and lead by example.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
* Supervise and develop nursing and care staff.
* Complete audits, care plan reviews and medication checks.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
* Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
* Experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy Home Manager or Senior Nurse
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Good IT skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
