Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Salary: £43,846.40 - £46,030.40 (£21.08 to £22.13 per hour)
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

About the home:
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Deputy Manager (RGN ) ( RMN ) or ( RNLD ) to join our friendly and welcoming 52 bed care home providing nursing care for older adults with a range of needs. The home is always striving to provide high standards of care and support to all residents and is looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team. Are you a clinical lead looking to take that next step in your career or an experience Deputy Manager wanting a new challenge?

About the Role:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager at our fantastic care home in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home, including developing and updating care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the rest of our care staff. You will be required to support the Home Manager and act up in their absence.

Training & Development:
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
Nurses will have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the care home.
