Clinic Receptionist | Central London | £15.00 per hour
Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering exclusively with a prestigious, luxury aesthetic clinic in Central London to recruit a Clinic Receptionist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end clinic renowned for its exceptional treatments and premium client experience. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
As the face of the clinic, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, five-star experience to every client.
Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth
Managing calls, enquiries, and bookings in both Arabic and English
Coordinating the clinic diary and ensuring efficient appointment scheduling
Maintaining a pristine front-of-house and reception area
Supporting clinicians with client flow and documentation
Processing payments and updating client records accurately
Promoting treatments, products, and services confidently
Managing client communication channels, including WhatsApp
Liaising with the wider team, including the Edinburgh clinic, to ensure smooth operations
Working Pattern
4-week rolling rota
Monday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Friday & Sunday: Off
2 weekends off per month
Includes late evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and ThursdayBH36112
