Daytime Healthcare are working with a luxury Aesthetic Clinic who are looking for an Assistant Clinic Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider Aesthetic company!
As an experienced Assistant Clinic Manager, you will work closely with the clinical director and manage the team of therapists at the company. You will provide inspirational leadership to a team of advanced therapists. You will lead the team to provide the best quality aesthetic treatments, exceed targets and ensure the superior customer service standard is delivered every day.

Assistant Clinic Manager duties and responsibilities:
Day to Day Clinic Management
Client treatment programmes
Client Files
Reception (will report into you)
Recruitment
Training
Rotas
Target Setting
Financial record keeping
HR mattersAudits
Stock Takes
Other administrative duties
Providing 5* treatments
Ideal Candidate:
* Have an eye for detail is important for this role.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the business.
* Being able to think on your feet and make sensible decisions quickly is key.
* Motivating, inspiring, and leading the team by example.
* Be passionate about skin and provide hands-on treatments as well as fulfilling management responsibilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to give amazing customer service.
* Ability to train other therapists in-house in advanced aesthetic skin treatments.
* Excellent MS office and diary management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Team player with fantastic work ethic and comfort with working to targets.
* Ability to use clinic software (phorest software experience preferable)
Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 (NVQ Level 4 preferred)
* English and Maths GCSE – Minimum Grade C
* Previous management experience
* Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in advanced aesthetic skin treatments and laser hair removal treatments
* Practical experience of advance aesthetic skin treatments and managing their complications
