Are you a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for client service excellence? Join our clients team who are a Family Independent Insurance Broker as a Client Services Manager in the vibrant heart of London! In essence we are searching for an Account Hander who wishes to prgress to being an Office Manager. Who will be highly organised, experienced and able to manage our client services operations, oversee compliance, and drive growth across all Commercial Lines.

Position: Client Services Manager

Location: London

Reporting to: Office Director

Responsibilities:

* Manage office operations of this Insurance Broker efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

* Organise compliance activities and liaise with headquarters to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

* Utilise your strong background as an Account Handler to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.

* Collaborate with the Managing Director, Team Leaders, Compliance Officer, Head of People, and other stakeholders to drive organisational and cultural change.

* Foster a performance-driven culture that maximizes the potential of our team and enhances customer outcomes.

* Review existing processes and implement improvements to optimise efficiency.

* Enhance MI reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

* Promote a culture of compliance, sales excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in office management and client services within the insurance industry.

* Strong background as an Account Handler, with a thorough understanding of Commercial Lines.

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in ensuring compliance.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and improve processes.

* Proficiency in MI reporting tools and Microsoft Office suite.
