Client Services Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional looking to take that next in their career as a Client Services Manager.

Working for our client, who are a leader in the skincare and aesthetics' industry, this role will see you using your people skills to bring on lapsed business by reaching out to clients reintroducing yourself and offering free products and training.

To thrive in this role you must love speaking to people and have a real interest in beauty products/ aesthetics'.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Working in the office 5 days per week this company boasts a fun, open plan environment with a real family feel and free food and snacks available.

Paying up to £36,000 DOE.

Duties will include:

Making high volume of outbound calls daily to lapsed clients who have not placed an order in the last 6 months
Coordinating shipping of free products or arranging training directly with clients
Identify sales opportunities from enquiry emails and pass to sales team accordingly
Working directly with colleagues on marketing activities such as social media, seminars / shows / conferences design.
Administrative support such as updating packing lists, helping with venue booking and travel/accommodation.
Understanding and maintaining the professional brand position and supporting Partnership Managers and fellow office staff in their sales and training activities.To be considered you must:

Have a strong work ethic with the want to grow the business
Have the ability to work alone & in a team environment
Be a bubbly and confident individual with a flair for offering outstanding customer service
Be able to build strong client relationships and go that extra milePlease note to be considered you must have at least 3 years customer service experience AND must have a strong Interest in cosmetic and aesthetic sales.
