Client Services Manager

Permanent, full-time position

Our well established and ever-growing client are recruiting a Client Services Manager to join them to manage financial administrative teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is analytical, personable, and passionate about developing and supporting team members.

Duties include:

Manage day-to-day financial administration for internal teams.

Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing staff, expertise, and service levels.

Set and meet internal SLAs, reviewing and enhancing processes as needed.

Monitor work quality and address any issues.

Conduct regular team meetings to share knowledge and set priorities.

Develop and motivate team members for successful results.

Collaborate with HR for team career development and record-keeping.

Foster teamwork and cooperation through consistent actions and values.

Maintain a positive work environment and manage performance effectively.

Uphold the company's culture and values, prioritising staff, and customer satisfaction.

Improve department effectiveness through coordination and communication.

Act promptly to resolve company-related issues.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in business analysis.

Proven experience in team management, both in-office and remote.

Experience managing third-party resources and ensuring SLA compliance.

Strong operational experience with problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of office administration and procedures.

Ability to optimise processes and improve productivity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Motivational skills to drive individual and team performance.

Awareness of customer needs, both internal and external.
