Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and client centric individual to join the team as a dedicated client services executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all inbound interest and fostering strong relationships with our industry partners to drive project completion and brand loyalty.
This role is ideally suited to someone with keen passion within certain sectors such as interior design, architecture and luxury properties.
Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, including luxury brands, interior designers and architects to amplify and expand brand presence.
* Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Demonstrate a profound understanding of the luxury brand, including their products, heritage, and ethos, effectively communicating the brand narrative to elevate the customer experience.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, projects, and operations, to align on strategies and objectives.
