Due to continued business growth our client seeks a Client Services Executive to join their busy and welcoming team in Burgess Hill.

As the driving force behind managing orders, handling complex quotations and ensuring seamless communication between customers & internal teams, this is a dynamic position that requires a quick-learn who thrives in a demanding and ever-changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing orders efficiently from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Calculating complex quotations including product, packaging & international shipping/freight costs
Maintaining regular communication with customers, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly to uphold exceptional service standards
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment and meet delivery deadlines
Keeping up to date with advancements in the biomedical field, leveraging your science background to provide expert advise on product selection
Key Skills:
Recent graduate with a degree in Science (Biology or Chemistry), or a keen interest in biomedical markets is highly beneficial
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficient user of MS Packages & able to learn new CRMs with ease
The Package:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1hour lunch)
£25,000pa
25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 27 after 3 years of service), private medical insurance & life assurance.
Accessible by public transport & free onsite parking
