Client Services Executive - Legal sector
Manchester - office based
£23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
35 hour week with shifts between 8am and 7pm
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to join a leading legal firm in Manchester City Centre. For this role we are looking for someone interested in a career in customer services, there will be no career path to a legal role.
Please note this role is fully office based.
Duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for web and phone enquiries
Scheduling calls with potential customers
Listening carefully to requirements and advising whether the firm can assist
Taking full details of the issue
Updating systems
Allocating to the correct team
Performing compliance checks
Any other administration tasks
We are looking for candidates with:
Phone based customer service experience, if this is gained within the legal sector then that will be preferred but is not essential
Attention to detail
Ability to pick up new systems easily
Good written communication skills
Able to work to deadlines and at times under pressure
