Role Summary:

Our clients Client Services Team underpins everything they do, and they are critical to creating the right impression of business both directly in the everyday contact they have with their clients, and in the quality support they provide to others in the firm.

A key member of the Client Services Team, has the following areas of responsibility:

* Managing their switchboard.

* Undertaking front of house duties, which includes greeting their clients and visitors and arranging refreshments.

* Managing the receipt of and liaising with their clients in relation to making arrangements for the subsequent collection of records and information.

* Managing the stock of office stationery and liaising with suppliers.

* Updating and maintaining information stored on their database.

* Dealing with both incoming and outgoing post, including the scanning of documents where appropriated.

* Visiting the bank, on a weekly basis on behalf of the firm.

* Organising events and team socials activities, including booking transport and liaising with venues.

* Supporting other members of their team as appropriate.

ideal candidate will be:

* Be competent in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.

* Be committed to delivering a high standard of service to their clients.

* Have clear verbal and written communication skills.

* Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

* Be well-organised, able to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
