Our client is part of a global brand and due to continued growth, they need a client services account manager to join their existing internal team. The industry is within print, and they provide a full suite of products that a distributed nationally and worldwide for some clients. The role is to support the business in managing existing spending clients and which include building a rapport with the clients, supporting with repeat orders and ensuring that they know of the full product offering and up selling them.

The client services account manager owns all queries, estimation of quotations, order processing and complaints, the business has great reputation with long standing clients and the new team member must be someone who can deliver great customer service, act fast and see the order, complaint or query right through to the end ensuring client satisfaction all the way.

Ideally the new client services account manager will have come from a print or point of sale business and someone who wants to be part of a great team that has long standing employees. This role is full time 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 2pm on Fridays
