We’ve gone from strength to strength over recent years, as a result we are hiring a Client Relationship Administrator to join our Vulcan Inspection Services team, based in Stratford Upon Avon. The roles key objective is to be part of the NFU Mutual Account Team and ensure one of our largest clients receives the highest level of service.

We love working with people who think like we do and as a Client Relationship Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service and be a key contact in the team. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
What will I be doing?
You will be working as part of the NFU Mutual Account Management Team to ensure the client receives the best service. Reporting into our Account Director, you will be a key contact for customers, agents, underwriters and our Engineer Surveyors, and you will be responsible for ensuring all queries (phone, email and face to face) are managed through to resolution. You will use our CRM system to create and maintain customer contracts and will become an expert in our innovative new inspection portal.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining customer records and contracts on our CRM system and our NFUM Engineering Inspection Portal
Providing outstanding Customer Service and managing all queries through to resolution
Supporting growth and development activities for engineering inspection and across the BES Group’s additional services
Working with our customers to resolve complaints in line with the FCA guidelines
Building and maintaining excellent relationships across NFU Mutual, and providing excellent service at all times
Developing excellent internal networks with key BES Group stakeholders in order to influence our service proposition
Working as a member of a team to achieve all targets and KPI’s
Supporting the Account Director with all administrative and planning tasks

What experience do I need?
Our team consists of the best people, we should know, we trained them! You don't need heaps of experience, just the right attitude and aptitude for what we do!
You will:
Offer experience in a customer service role; with email, phone and face-to-face experience
Previous knowledge of a CRM system
Experience of producing complex reports
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels
Have the enthusiasm to deliver a refreshing customer experience, every time
A strong team player with a positive attitude
A flexible and adaptable approach (some UK travel maybe required)
Offer solid Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work under pressure and remain resilient
