Position: Client Relations Delivery Driver
Location: London (Covering South West London)
Salary: £26,000 + quarterly bonus (£28,000 OTE)

As the market-leading supplier of sustainable flower arrangements in London, they are committed to exceptional service, outstanding products, and genuine sustainability. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a vibrant Customer Service Delivery Driver to join their team.
You will be responsible for delivering our lifelike flower arrangements to businesses across London with a friendly, proactive and customer oriented approach. This role involves interacting with up to 30 clients a day, ensuring their satisfaction with their service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver lifelike flower arrangements to businesses across London, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
* Interact with clients, listen to their needs, and provide them with the best service possible.
* Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the high standards of our brand.
* Grow the existing customer base by up-selling when opportunities arise.
* Manage time effectively and perform administrative duties accurately.
* Be computer literate and fulfill all reporting requirements using software such as Word, Excel, and email.
Minimum Requirements:
* Full clean driving license for at least 2 years.
* Outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks.
* Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and email.
Package Summary Year 1:
* Salary: £26,000 + quarterly bonuses
* 1st-year OTE: £28,000
* 40-hour week, Monday to Friday
