Client Quotations Advisor

Smart Solutions are actively recruiting for a Client Quotations Advisor for a successful, award-winning legal firm in Cardiff City Centre.
The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls for conveyancing quotes, responding to email inquiries, conducting data entry, and occasionally covering reception. Professionalism and proper communication etiquette are essential.
This is an office-based role, with an array of working patterns available, including part and/or full time – so something to suit everyone.
The successful candidates’ duties will include:
* Taking inbound calls from potential clients who are seeking conveyancing quotes.
* Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate conveyancing quotes and service information.
* Actioning and responding to client email enquiries.
* Make outbound calls to clients with outstanding quotes and follow up on potential warm leads.
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Occasionally cover the office reception desk during lunch breaks or staff absences.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone / email etiquette when interacting with clients.
What we're looking for:
* Experience with sales conversion and objection handling.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* An understanding of the conveyancing process is preferred but not essential.
* Able to build a good rapport and relationship with clients over the telephone.
* Being proactive in contacting clients via emails and telephone.
* Self-motivator.
Remuneration package:
* Monthly paid salary: £14,872.00-£22,308.00 per year depending on hours.
* 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Part Time Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 15:00pm minimum
Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm maximum
