Job: Client Portfolio Manager

Location: Southend on Sea

⭐ Salary: £65,000 per annum
⭐ Permanent, Full-Time Position
⭐ Clear progression to Associate Director

We're delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and growing accountancy practice in Southend-on-Sea who are looking to appoint a Client Portfolio Manager.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Accounts/Tax/Audit Senior or Assistant Manager to progress into a client-facing management role with genuine autonomy and a clear route to Associate Director.

As Client Portfolio Manager you will:

* Manage your own diverse portfolio of business and private clients.

* Build long-term client relationships while identifying business development opportunities.

* Mentor junior team members and become a trusted advisor to clients.

* Play an active role in the continued growth of a thriving practice.

What we are looking for as a Client Portfolio Manager:

* ACA or ACCA Qualified.

* Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.

* Ambitious and looking for a clear career progression pathway
