Description:
We are seeking a Client Onboarding Officer specializing in Legal Entities to join our esteemed client in Switzerland (Job Ref: COOBS24, Location: Basel). In this pivotal onsite and permanent role within the banking sector, you will take charge of reviewing and meticulously processing client documentation and data, ensuring absolute completeness and accuracy throughout every phase of the client lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth operational activity for clients by reviewing and processing account openings for Legal Entities.
* Support and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to foster business development.
* Manage both physical and electronic static data throughout the client lifecycle.
* Verify clients' signatures on documents and instructions accurately.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Bank's processes, products, and services.
Qualifications:
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in analyzing complex structures with a focus on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD).
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, with fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Avaloq and industry-specific knowledge is essential.
* Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements including AML, FATCA/QI, and CRS.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with adept prioritization skills.
* Hands-on mentality coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills.
