The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Sales Manager to join an award-winning private tuition and education consultancy with a global client base.

The Client Sales Manager will work closely with families enquiring about educational services, understanding their individual requirements and recommending bespoke private tuition and educational consultancy solutions.

This is a highly relationship-focused sales role, requiring someone who is confident speaking with clients over the phone, writing engaging and informative emails, and building trust with families throughout their educational journey.

The role will involve working with a diverse range of clients and requirements. This could include identifying a specialist tutor to support a child's academic and pastoral needs, or coordinating a team of tutors to provide a bespoke homeschooling programme for a family travelling internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate tuition and educational consultancy services.
Convert enquiries into sales through telephone and email communication.
Build strong relationships with families, tutors and education specialists.
Represent the academic expertise and pastoral experience of the company's tutor network.
Coordinate bespoke tuition and educational programmes.
Liaise with schools and external educational organisations.
Manage sales administration, CRM records and incoming calls.
Prioritise and manage multiple enquiries and responsibilities during busy periods.
Maintain a high level of discretion when working with private and high-profile families.
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Sales experience within education, or transferable experience working with international, HNW or UHNW families.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong relationship-building skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong CRM experience; TutorCruncher experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of the independent school sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
A degree at 2:1 or above.
A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What's on Offer

£28,500-£45,000 salary, depending on experience.
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
Additional day off for your birthday and moving house.
Flexible working hours, with core hours of 9am-5pm.
Office-based role in Kensington with potential for one day working from home.
Company mobile phone and laptop.
3% employer pension contribution.
Regular social events with colleagues and tutors.
Ongoing training and professional development.
Bi-annual performance and development reviews.

This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, commercially minded professional who enjoys sales, relationship management and working with families, and who is looking to develop their career within the private education sector.
