Description
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting and financial needs are met.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Provide advice and support on tax compliance and planning.
Coordinate the completion of audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to client services.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.Profile
A successful Client Manager should have:
Fully qualified (ACA or ACCA).
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
Experience in managing client portfolios within professional services.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in supervising and mentoring team members.
