CLIENT LIAISON CONSULTANT

LOCATION: Swindon

SALARY: £27,000 to £28,000

JOB TYPE: Permanent full time – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service throughout their engagement with our company. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director in property transactions, from initial inquiry to final sale or lease.

* Customer Contact: Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally and developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalised service.

* Property Listings: List properties for sale or rent, including conducting property appraisals and writing compelling descriptions.

* Market Research: Stay informed about the local property market, including property values, market trends, and competitor activities.

* Marketing and Promotion: Create and implement marketing to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.

* Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documents, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

* Customer Service: Provide clients with regular updates on their projects, including progress reports and any changes to timelines or deliverables.

* Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, such as scheduling viewings, coordinating inspections, and maintaining client records.

Experience Required

* Excellent customer skills and the confidence to deal with difficult situations

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* High level of organisation, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
