The Role

As Client Experience Assistant, you will be the face of the building, ensuring every client and visitor receives a warm, professional welcome and a first-class experience from the moment they arrive.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a premium workspace environment while gaining exposure to operations, facilities, events, and client relationship management.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Providing a warm and polished welcome to all clients and visitors
Acting as the first point of contact for building occupiers and guests
Becoming the go-to expert for the building and local area
Conducting daily building walkarounds to maintain exceptional standards
Supporting seamless client move-ins, including office setup, access arrangements, and coordination with IT and facilities teams
Organising and hosting engaging client events that help foster a vibrant community
Assisting with operational and administrative processes, including billing support, reporting, supplier coordination, and facilities management
Learning all aspects of building operations to support future career development
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and resolving issues before they arise
