The organisation delivers high-quality, specialist care and support to individuals with complex needs, working closely with families, healthcare professionals and professional referral partners.

This is an important commercial role for someone who can combine strong business development skills with an empathetic, consultative approach to families making significant care decisions.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the client enquiry and conversion journey, developing new business opportunities and building sustainable professional referral relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing incoming enquiries from telephone, email, website and other channels.

* Understanding prospective clients' needs and explaining appropriate live-in care options, pricing and next steps.

* Following up enquiries sensitively and converting suitable opportunities into new clients.

* Developing new business opportunities and generating a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.

* Building relationships with case managers, clinical professionals, hospital discharge teams, rehabilitation providers, therapists and solicitors.

* Developing referral partnerships and generating repeat business.

* Re-engaging existing and dormant professional contacts.

* Arranging meetings, presentations and networking activity to promote the organisation's services.

* Monitoring competitor activity, market demand and opportunities for growth.

* Maintaining accurate CRM records, enquiry information and sales pipeline forecasts.

* Working closely with care management and operational teams to coordinate assessments and client introductions.

* Providing regular performance updates and monthly business development reports to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Three to five years' experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.

* A demonstrable track record of converting enquiries into paying clients.

* Experience developing and maintaining professional relationships.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A consultative and empathetic approach when dealing with families and prospective clients.

* Confidence discussing pricing, handling objections and promoting high-value services.

* Experience managing a sales pipeline, CRM system and performance reporting.

* The ability to work independently, organise their own activity and deliver against agreed targets.

Experience within private healthcare, social care, live-in care or complex care would be advantageous. Existing relationships with case managers and clinical professionals would also be beneficial.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, CQC Outstanding-rated provider where the quality of care, professional relationships and client experience are central to the organisation's work
