Description:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Client Advisor to join our team in Erith for a period of 2 months. As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing.
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to client queries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.This is a temporary position based in Erith, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
