Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Client Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are looking for a Client Administrator to join our client who are leading the way in their field, looking to grow their team at an exciting time.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, with Mortgage / Lender experience desirable although not essential. You will be required to support the team with all administrative duties relating to purchases, being the first point of contact for clients and third parties whilst building relationships within the business.

The ideal candidate will have some customer service / administration experience in the Financial Services industry, with any Mortgage-related experience an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain effective relationships within the business with all colleagues, clients and third parties

* Ensure timely and accurate responses to all incoming calls and emails

* Provide updates on the progress of applications to Brokers

* Work within prescribed timescales and company procedures

* Diary management

* Complete all documentation, files and letters with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Support to complete the CeMAP qualification in the role will be provided

Key Experience:

* A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Financial Services / Mortgage industry

* Any candidates with a CeMAP qualification will be at an advantage

* Good administrative experience

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team

* Confident working with clients and third parties of all levels, building and maintaining relationships across the business

* Provide an excellent level of customer service to clients at all times

* Confident liaising with clients both over the phone and via email
