Description:
Are you a Clerk of Works with healthcare experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the West Midlands Area ?
What you need?
Construction Qualifications – e.g City & Guilds/ NVQ
Clerk of Works and management experience.
Worked in an NHS Trust for 3 or more years
Key Responsibilities
Undertake Inspections of buildings in progress
Project managing of building and renovations
Manage Health & safety and Compliance.
regular site visits and inspections updating the project and contract leads.
The Role
This role is a 6-month contract on a temp to perm basis.
The salary for this role is £30 an hour on a 37.5-hour week basis
This will be paid through an Umbrella company.
You will be reporting to the Head of Estates.
