Description:
I am looking for a Clerk Of Works to join a Social Housing provider in Hertfordshire on a short term contract. The Clerk Of Works will be responsible for carrying out due diligence on repairs for a block of flats. There is option to have one day working from home.
Clerk Of Works Duties:
Review works being carried out
Carry out handovers in line with the organisations checklists
Ensure all the work has been carried out to a high standard
Oversee final inspections of works
Carry out due diligence on the repairs works
What is required for the Clerk Of Works role:
Experience carrying out handovers on repairs works
Social housing experience
