Our client is looking for Cleanroom Machine Operators to join their team. Full training will be provided, and you'll work in a modern, air-conditioned cleanroom environment.
???? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
✅ Operating machinery safely and efficiently
✅ Following company procedures and best practices
✅ Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate records
✅ Reporting machinery faults and logging breakdowns
✅ Taking corrective action or seeking guidance when required
✅ Packing and labelling products accurately
✅ Reporting production delays or material shortages
✅ Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
✅ Clearing waste after each job or shift
✅ Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
✅ Following company policies on timekeeping, clocking in and absence reporting
????️ WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ Previous machine operating or production experience preferred
✔️ Basic mechanical skills advantageous
✔️ Reliable and hardworking attitude
✔️ Good attention to detail
✔️ Ability to follow procedures and quality standards
✔️ Willingness to learn – full training provided
✔️ Strong commitment to health, safety and cleanliness
