Contract Length: 6-Month Initial Contract (temp to perm role)

About the Role: As a Cleaning Team Leader, you'll be at the helm, leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Train Cleaners. Your mission: to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards within the industry. Your tasks will include:
Manage and lead a team of 3 Train Presentation Operatives and assigning tasks to ensue high cleaning standards are met.
Oversee the team and audit the trains after the cleaning tasks are completed.
Conducting thorough deep and full cleaning.
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This role is hands-on and will require you to be on your feet for most of your shift. You will need a valid UK driving licence to drive the company van to Hull Paragon Station and Hull Botanic Gardens Traincare Depot to ensure all cleaning solutions and equipment are available to the team, manage the workload and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to high standards.
The Successful Candidate: We're on the lookout for individuals with unwavering work ethics, an eagle eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the flexibility to adapt. While Team Leading experience is a plus, we welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in housekeeping, cleaning, aircraft cleaning, industrial cleaning, or similar fields.
Requirements: You're punctual, reliable, and ready to embrace working night shifts from 20:00pm to 06:00am, on a 4 on 4 off basis. Overtime opportunities may be available at the discretion of management.
Rate of Pay and other benefits:
£13.56 per hour worked
Company vehicle
Training and uniform PPE provided.
