Cleaning Site Supervisor - Immediate Start
Location: Site-based (own transport required due to location) ME3
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Immediate start until 31st August
We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team for an immediate start. If you're a hands-on leader with a background in commercial cleaning and enjoy motivating a team while maintaining high standards, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and supporting the on-site cleaning team
Providing cleaning cover during staff absences and holidays
Preparing staff rotas and weekly timesheets
Ensuring all shifts are fully covered and completed to a high standard
Training new team members and maintaining training records
Monitoring Health & Safety, COSHH, and company compliance
Managing cleaning equipment, chemicals, and stock levels
Responding to client requests promptly and professionally
Maintaining excellent cleaning standards across the site
What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory experience within the cleaning industry
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
Excellent communication skills
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the site's location
