As a Cleaning Manager located in Sudbury, you'll oversee an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract with a focus on service excellence and operational success.
Responsibilities include ensuring high standards, leading teams, managing budgets, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams, ensuring adherence to policies and legislative requirements.
* Manage site security and manpower planning.
* Drive sales, manage budgets, and maintain stock control.
* Engage in client and stakeholder liaison, maintaining excellent relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IFM contract management and team leadership.
* Expertise in Cleaning and other facilities services.
* Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
* Commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience with a manufacturing background, including industrial cleaning, would be desirable
