Cleaner (Part-Time)

Location: Gloucester

Hours: 7:00am - 11:00am, 7 days per week (4 hours per day)

Contract: Part-Time

Salary: Competitive

Flexible Opportunity: We are open to recruiting either:

One Cleaner to cover all 7 days per week, or
Two Cleaners who can share the shifts across the week.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a supported accommodation setting.

You will be responsible for ensuring communal areas and facilities are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, helping to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Clean communal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, corridors, offices, and entrances.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitise surfaces.
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Ensure cleaning standards are maintained consistently throughout the building.
Replenish cleaning supplies and report stock shortages.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns.
Follow all health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.

About You

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Friendly, professional, and respectful towards colleagues and residents.
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
