Description:
Role: Cleaner
Job Purpose:
Provision of cleaning service to Client office Building. Working in a team of 2 across a 3 story corporate building. Cleaning, replenishing and opportunity to get involved in project work.
Cleaning Duties:
* Take pride in the appearance of client building. Provide proper up-keep of the interior and exterior of the office building as cleaning schedule.
* Emptying of waste and recycling bins, wash as needed and add new liners.
* Dusting and wiping surfaces.
* Vacuuming Floor / carpet areas.
* Sweeping
* mopping of all hard floors
* other general cleaning as instructed
* Ensure complete security of the building / office when entering and leaving.
* Undertake any other duties deemed appropriate for the post-holder to carry out as no job description can cover every issue that may arise
Knowledge, Experience, Abilities and Skills:
1. Practical understanding of cleaning, recycling, health hazards,
3. Manual skills to perform cleaning in an office environment
4. Use of cleaning and maintenance tools / equipment to carry out simple tasks
5. Safe use of cleaning tools.
6. Ability to work unsupervised
Must have safety Shoes.
Shifts: 7.00am - 12.00pm (Monday - Friday )
Rates of Pay: £11.44 per hour
