We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Facilities team here in Lincoln, either on a full time basis or potentially part time basis.
 
THE OPPORTUNITY
 
Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be part of a small established team undertaking a range of day-to-day cleaning activities across the manufacturing site, ensuring that all aspects of hygiene and cleanliness are established and maintained to a high standard. The role will include but not limited to the following:

Working as a team, undertaking planned cleaning of the factory on a day-to-day basis.
To ensure that all waste is removed from the factory and segregated in line with waste management procedures
To have a full understanding of all chemicals and machinery and scope of use.
To fully understand and be committed to Health & Safety at Work Act.
Identifying good practice and taking appropriate action where breaches may occur.
To report all hygiene or H&S breaches/hazards within the site to line manager and or H&S Manager.
To follow all Company policies and procedures at all times.
 
WORKING HOURS

Monday – Thursday
07.30am – 3.30pm
30 mins lunch break

Friday  
7.30am – 1pm 
No break

(Full Time - Total - 35.5hrs)
 
** Part time hours to be discussed separately if required.

Recent experience working within a commercial cleaning role.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
Understanding and knowledge of chemicals associated with role.
Effective communicator with all levels.
Ability to work well independently and/or part of a team.
