TR2 Recruitment are seeking a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join our clients team based near Perranporth, Cornwall.
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the clients facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our visitors.
Hours for this role are 10:30am - 8pm. Weekly pay.
FREE RESERVED PARKING IS PROVIDED IN PERRANPORTH THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER.
Duties will include;
* Cleaning outside and inside toilets
* Empty bins (including commercial)
* Cleaning and sanitising all surfaces, facilities and rooms
* Ensure bins, soap dispensers, toilet roll, sanitary bins and hand towels are fully stocked
* Carry out any routine maintenance repairs needed
* Assisting other departments with cleaning, stock and maintenance of facilities
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous Cleaning experience
* Understanding of basic Health and Safety Procedures
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills
* Good physical stamina (heavy lifting and carrying products across facilities)
* Great communication skills, you will be interacting to members of the public on a daily basis.
