£160 – £220 per day PAYE
A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Bedford area is looking to appoint a highly experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team ASAP. The school is looking for a confident and resilient teacher with excellent behaviour management skills and experience working with challenging behaviour.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective KS2 lessons
• Manage challenging behaviour confidently, calmly, and consistently
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils
• Work closely with colleagues to support pupil progress and wellbeing

Essential Job Requirements:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong experience teaching across Key Stage 2
• Highly experienced in managing challenging behaviour
• Confident and consistent classroom management skills
• Calm, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting pupils and helping them achieve their potential
