Pay: £90 - £105 per day

A welcoming and inclusive specialist school in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play an active role in supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them engage positively with their education.

Working alongside teachers and experienced support staff, you will provide practical and academic assistance throughout the school day, helping pupils feel confident, included and ready to learn.

Key responsibilities:

Support pupils with their day-to-day classroom learning
Provide 1:1 and small group assistance where required
Help pupils remain focused and engaged with lessons
Adapt tasks and activities to suit individual learning needs
Encourage pupils to develop independence and confidence
Support positive behaviour and classroom routinesThis role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in education, childcare, SEN, youth work, care or support work, as well as graduates who are considering a future career in Teaching, Psychology, Education or Special Educational Needs.
