The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth delivery of lessons when teachers are absent. Your role involves keeping students engaged and on task, offering additional support when necessary.

Create a positive learning environment through the use of various teaching strategies and effective behaviour management techniques.

Collaborate with a dedicated team to consistently meet the educational needs of students.

Requirements:

* Prior classroom experience, whether you're a support staff member seeking a role change within a school or an experienced Cover Supervisor.
* Possession of an Enhanced DBS Certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
