No prior classroom experience is required—if you’ve worked with children in any setting, your skills are highly transferable.

The Role

Support pupils in class on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist the teacher with lessons and classroom activities
Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
Support children with additional needs where required
Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social interaction
Assist with general classroom organisation

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, including those with experience in:

Sports coaching or team leadership
Youth work or community settings
Childcare, nursery work, or babysitting
Psychology or education graduates/students

A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach

Driving is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
