Supply Teacher - Northampton

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated supply teachers to join our team and support pupils across a range of schools in Northampton. Whether you are looking for day-to-day flexibility, short-term placements, or longer-term opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of school environments, build valuable experience, and make a positive difference to pupils' learning and development.

The role

You will be responsible for:

Delivering engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Providing appropriate feedback to school staff where required.
Quickly adapting to different schools, classrooms, and pupil needs.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds qualified teacher status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching within both KS1 and KS2
Is confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.
Is reliable, professional, and adaptable
Has excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
