The Role
As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for transporting aggregates, soils, and construction materials to customer and project sites across Northumberland and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating Class 2 tipper vehicles safely and efficiently
* Delivering and collecting materials from construction and commercial sites
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
* Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and records
* Ensuring compliance with drivers’ hours and transport regulations
* Working closely with site teams and transport planners
* Keeping vehicles clean and presentable
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous tipper experience preferred
* Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
