Description:
We're currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to carry out home deliveries of furniture, working out of a clients site in Sheffield. This ongoing position offers the potential for a permanent role in the future.
PAYE Pay Rate for the Class 2 Driver:
£13.52 per hour Responsibilities for the Class 2 Driver:
Driving a mixture of Class 2 and 7.5T vehicles
Completing home deliveries of furniture (15-30 drops per day, depending on location of deliveries)
Working as a team with a drivers mate to carry out the deliveries
Logging all deliveries on a mobile POD deviceHours for the Class 2 Driver:
Start times are approximately 04:30
A mixture of the below shift patterns on a rolling rota:
Monday to Thursday
Wednesday to Saturday
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday Requirements for the Class 2 Driver:
Valid Class 2 (C) Licence
Up to date CPC and Digi Card
Minimum 1 year of driving experience on a professional basis
Ability to use a mobile POD device
