Salary: £33,094 + up to £2,000 discretionary annual bonus

Shift Pattern: 2-week rotating shift pattern
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a national wholesaler for a reliable and hard-working Class 2 Driver to join their Hereford-based team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that goes beyond just driving – you’ll be a key part of the delivery operation and the face of the business to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to a range of customers
Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods on a daily basis
Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Maintaining the cleanliness and road worthiness of your vehicle
Representing the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
About You
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Newly passed drivers are encouraged to apply
Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
