Velocity are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver for their road repair company operating throughout the St Austell area.
This role involves driving and manoeuvring a specialist patching machine to road repair sites across St Austell. This is a straightforward driving role with no handballing involved and drivers will not be required to leave the cab during operations.
The Role
Driving and manoeuvring the patching machine to various repair locations
Working alongside the road repair team across St Austell and surrounding areas
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times
Monday to Friday working pattern with occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts available
Requirements
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
Good awareness of road safety and transport regulations
Reliable and punctual attitude
