Class 1 Moffett Drivers – Immediate Starts | NG9
SLD Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Moffett Drivers for an exciting opportunity based in the NG9 area, with immediate starts available.
We are looking for reliable, professional HGV Class 1 drivers who have Moffett experience and are available for regular work. If your Moffett licence is out of date, we still want to hear from you! Full induction and any necessary training will be provided.
???? The Role
* Position: HGV Class 1 Moffett Driver
* Location: NG9
* Start Date: Immediate
* Employment: Temporary with temp-to-perm opportunities
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Hours: Full-time, regular weekday work
* Pay: Competitive pay rate
* Training: Full induction and Moffett training provided where required
???? Your Responsibilities
* Safely operating a Class 1 vehicle with Moffett attachment
* Delivering goods to customers and sites in a safe and professional manner
* Loading and unloading using the Moffett where required
* Completing vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept in a safe and roadworthy condition
* Following delivery instructions and site procedures
* Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
* Completing relevant paperwork and delivery documentation
✅ What We're Looking For
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
* Good driving record and a professional attitude
* Previous HGV Class 1 experience
* Moffett experience is preferred
* Out-of-date Moffett licences will be considered
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Don't worry if your Moffett licence has expired or is out of date. We are happy to consider suitable drivers and can provide the necessary induction and training to get you up to speed.
