Work Lyf Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 1 HGV Driver to join their busy pallet network operation based in Welshpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional Class 1 Driver who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while working within a well-established transport operation.

The Role

As a Class 1 Pallet Network Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries and collections across designated routes, ensuring all loads are transported safely, efficiently, and in line with company and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out pallet network multi-drop deliveries and collections.

* Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

* Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.

* Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and PODs.

* Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service.

* Comply with all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and road transport legislation.

* Keep vehicles clean and roadworthy.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday

* 7:00am start time

* 1 Saturday in every 4 required

Requirements

* Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.

* Current Driver CPC qualification.

* Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

* Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

* A professional and positive attitude.
