Class 1 Driver / Shunter

Location: Doncaster
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Shift: 4 on, 4 off days
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract

Questech Recruitment is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver / Shunter to join a busy operation in Doncaster.

The role will involve shunting vehicles around the site, as well as driving on the road to deliver and collect vehicles from various locations.

Duties:

* Shunting and positioning vehicles safely around the site

* Delivering and collecting vehicles from different locations

* Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects

* Completing relevant paperwork

* Following road safety and site procedures

* Supporting the wider team when required

Requirements:

* Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence

* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous Class 1 driving or shunting experience

* A reliable and safety-conscious approach

* Comfortable working a 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern
