PM Shifts | Full-Time | 5 On / 3 Off | Ongoing Work
Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join a leading distribution centre based in Tilbury. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for long-term, reliable work with a structured shift pattern and competitive rates of pay.

The Role
RDC to RDC trunking deliveries
No handball or manual unloading
Modern, well-maintained fleet
Ongoing, full-time work
Average shifts of 10–12 hours
Supportive transport team and efficient operations
Adhering to all Driver Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Completing daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
Delivering a professional service while representing the client
Shift Pattern
5 On / 3 Off rolling rota
PM shifts only
Start times between 17:00 and 19:00
Flexible 3-hour start window
Regular, consistent shifts every week
Pay Rates
Monday to Friday Days: £17.75per hour
Monday to Friday nights £19.93ph
Saturday: £20.13 per hour
Sunday: £21.13 per hour
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence
A valid Driver CPC qualification
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 penalty points
No DD or DR convictions
A good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
The ability to complete vehicle checks accurately and safely
A reliable, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Previous Class 1 driving experience is preferred
